This Privacy Policy explains how Logitrips ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Мал сүрэг (Sureg) mobile application.
App identity for Google Play: Мал сүрэг (package name: dev.tmrs.app.sureg), published by Logitrips.

Request Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. To request deletion, please email us at supportsureg@clubs.mn with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your phone number registered with the app.
Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Phone number
- Password
- First name and last name
- Province and district information
- User code and authentication records
- All app data and activity history in local and cloud storage
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to access the app with that phone number.
If some data must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, it will be kept only for the required period and then deleted.
